Emily Frasca, RN and Capt. (DDS) George Bitar assess Quincy Linton's, 12, injuries after arriving at Madigan Army Medical Center's Emergency Department following an Amtrak train derailment. The incident left 3 dead and 62 injured with 19 of those coming to Madigan. Quincy sustained multiple facial lacerations as well as orbital and nasal bone fractures, he is recovering well and plans to resume playing basketball soon.
