OAK HARBOR, Wash. (January 26, 2018) Naval Aircrewman (Operator) 1st Class Andrew Coffer, assigned to the "Skinny Dragons" of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4, assists a student in creating an aerodynamic racecar design using a toy car, paper and tape during a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) night held at Hillcrest Elementary School in Oak Harbor, Wash. Students created a variety of STEM projects showcasing the importance of coding, static electriicity, wind velocity and green screen filming. VP-4 and Hillcrest Elementary School are 'Partners in Education' whereby VP-4 Sailors work closely with the school thus building closer ties to the local community.
