HONOLULU (Jan. 29, 2018) -- From left; Cmdr. Michael Salehi, Navy Information Operations command Hawaii Executive Officer, Chief Cryptologic Technician (Networks) Mitchell Sheppard, and Chief Cryptologic Technician (Collection) Michael Koss present a custom blanket to retired Adm. Ronald J. Hays, a veteran at the VA Center for the Aging. Hays served in the Navy from 1950 to 1988, retiring as the Commander in Chief, U.S. Pacific Forces. Sailors assigned to NIOC Hawaii and their families created 68 custom blankets for the residents at the VA Center for the Aging.
