A student of the Force Fitness Instructor (FFI) Course participates in the Endurance Course during the FFI course's culminating event at The Basic School, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., February 12, 2018. The FFI course is made up of physical training, classroom instruction and practical application to provide the students with a holistic approach to fitness.
