Tim Gouger, a project manager with Task Force Power Restoration in Puerto Rico talks with a congressional staffer during a recent visit to the Palo Seco Power Plant. The staffers were in Puerto Rico to receive briefings about the power structure and tour the island and learn about the challenges in repairing the Puerto Rico power grid. Task Force Power Restoration is working in a unified effort with PREPA, FEMA and industry partners to help people recover from this disaster.
