Col. James Miller, 173rd Fighter Wing Commander, speaks about the significance of Joint Armed Forces Reserve Center June 9 at Kingsley Field, Klamath Falls, Ore., during the ground breaking ceremony for the JAFRC. When completed the building will house the 173rd Security Forces Squadron and Charlie Troop, 1-82nd Cavalry, Oregon Army National Guard.
