This illustration shows some of the healthy foods that participants in the Fit Food Challenge will be encouraged to eat. However, no foods are forbidden for those who take part in the challenge, which also accommodates those who can’t or won’t eat certain foods for health or religious reasons or because they follow a particular diet. The challenge is happening at the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, starting in March 2018 and end in April. Pictured are the following: Apple, mandarin orange, black roman lentils, asparagus, egg; mixed salad with red bell pepper and nuts; blueberries with pecan nuts and various chocolate coated nuts.
