    180308-N-AZ808-4153 ARABIAN GULF (March 8, 2018) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97), the Royal Australian Navy’s frigate HMAS Warrawunga (152), and the French Marine Nationale’s frigate FS Jean De Vienne (D 643) and submarine FS Perle (S606) transit the Arabian Gulf during the trilateral exercise Intrepid Sentinel. Intrepid Sentinel is an exercise that tests the ability of coalition forces from multiple nations to work together and counter the challenges that may occur in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
