U.S. Army Sgt. Christopher Weber, a health care specialist with the medical platoon, headquarters and headquarters battery, 1st Battalion, 6th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Task Force Duke, and a native of Ames, Iowa, wheels a litter and rickshaw back into its assigned place at the Forward Operating Base Salerno hospital, Khowst province, Afghanistan, June 30. Weber continues to balance his medical duties alongside therapy for injuries suffered in an attack at FOB Salerno on April 22 that also claimed the life of a fellow soldier, U.S. Army Capt. Joshua McClimans.
