Misawa chief petty officers and E-7 board-eligible first class petty officers take part in a CPO Pride Run through the streets of Misawa Air Base. The pride run was hosted by the Misawa Chief Petty Officer Association and is part of the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy's "CPO 365" initiative. The program provides CPO mentorship to first class petty officers, while also introducing greater aspects of senior enlisted leadership, responsibility and accountability.
