POLARIS POINT, Guam (April 5, 2018) Military Sealift Command civilian mariners, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), advance a firehose to combat a casualty, during an all-hands damage control drill, April 5. Frank Cable, forward-deployed to the island of Guam, repairs, rearms and reprovisions submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Pacific region.
