Command Sgt. Maj. James H. Mays, sergeant major for the 256th Brigade Combat Team, awards Sgt. Robert Baggett the honor for Non-commissioned Officer of the Quarter. Baggett competed against several worthy NCOs from the 256th, and studied numerous army regulations and field manuals to prepare for the competition.
