Donald Jackson Jr., a native of Port Royal, Va., showed continued excellence in the performance of his duties as a recruiter at Permanent Contact Station (PCS) Hagerstown, Recruiting Substation (RSS) Martinsburg, Recruiting Station Frederick, 4th Marine Corps District, earning him the title of Commandant of the Marine Corps' Combined Awards Program 2018 Recruiter of the Year for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017.
