VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (April 14, 2018) Cadets with the U. S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps’ Top Hatters Squadron are ready to get underway aboard an 11-meter Naval Special Warfare Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB). Cadets were able to experience the speed and agility of the craft on the open waters of the Chesapeake Bay. The activity was one among several hosted by the Center for Security Forces Learning Site Little Creek.
