A FEMA contractor waits for the approval to move a modular home into place at the Officer Jeff Taylor Memorial Acres temporary housing site near the Joplin Regional Airport July 23. The Memorial Acres and nearby Hope Have community sites will include 346 modular homes, emergency storm shelters, bus shelters and mailbox units. The U.S. Army Corps is on track to deliver 215 homes sites before Aug. 17.
