180425-N-NM197-012 YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 25, 2018) - Ship's Repair Facilities workers remove tubing from the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), as the ship reaches its Propulsion Plant Production Completion (PCD) date. PCD marks the completion of all major maintenance aboard the ship. Blue Ridge and her crew have now entered a final upkeep and training phase in preparation to become fully mission capable for operations.
