Marine tactical air command squadron 48 Marines operate out of a complete tactical air command center for Operation Javelin Thrust 2011 at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., July 23, 2011. The TACC receives and distributes information between the operating forces to facilitate communication during the exercise. The reserve Marines set up, organized and operated an independent reserve TACC for the first time, setting the tone for an operation reserve force in future deployed environments.
