SAIKAI, Japan (May 10, 2018) Local Japanese media cover Naval Beach Unit 7 Landing Craft, Air Cushion returning to Yokose LCAC Facility shortly after sunset May 10, 2018. NBU 7 routinely conducts nighttime training in order to maximize proficiency of craftmasters and crews to pilot the LCACs in any type of maritime environment. NBU 7 serves as the forward-deployed training and readiness command for deploying LCACs, landing craft utilities (LCUs), and beach party teams.
