Reiley, commanding officer, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, with the passing of the colors during a change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Aug. 12. The passing of the colors symbolizes the passing of all duties and responsibilities from one commander to the next. Reiley comes to 3rd Battalion from Washington D.C. where he served as the deputy commanding general's staff secretary.
