Flynn, Joint Sustainment Command - Afghanistan environmental science officer, gets promoted to the rank of captain during the 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command mobilization training at Ft. Hood, Texas. Flynn, a South Glens Falls High School alumni and employee at Boral Material Technologies, turned in her dress shoes for combat boots and is currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
