Todd Swanhart, a KC-10 instructor pilot assigned to the 32nd Air Refueling Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., holds onto the personal watercraft used to transport him to his raft during joint water survival training Aug. 18 near U.S Coast Guard Station, Barnegat Light, N.J., Swanhart and his fellow students rehearsed swimming techniques and raft survival skills before a U.S. Coast Guard H-65 Dolphin assigned to Coast Guard Air Station, Atlantic City, performed a basket retrieval of each student.
