NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Electrician's Mate Geno Kelly, from St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) engineering department, receives his frocking letter from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford's commanding officer, and Command Master Chief Laura Nunley, Ford's command master chief, during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
