Pvt Sair Silverio, an engineer with the 926th Engineer Brigade, 844th Engineer Battalion, 390th Engineer Company out of Chattanooga, Tennessee, serves a ground guide to one of his colleagues operating a High Mobility Engineer Excavator at the Canton El Amate engineer site during the humanitarian assistance exercise Beyond the Horizon in Zacatecoluca, El Salvador. BTH is a Southern Command, US Army South led exercise in which personnel from the Army Reserve, National Guard and active-duty forces construct schools and clinics and provide medical, dental and veterinary support. During the exercise, nearly 1800 U.S. service personnel representing Army, Air Force and Marines deploy to El Salvador in 2018.
