Maj. Regan Lyon, a Special Operations Surgical Team emergency medical physician with the 720th Operations Support Squadron, was recently elected to the board of the Special Operations Medical Association. Lyon’s position on the SOMA board allows her to learn about practices and theories with her counterparts in the other U.S. military branches in addition to civilian medical professionals while passing on her unique, cutting edge military medical experiences.
