PMK is a lightweight, portable system containing common military rechargeable batteries, a solar-powered blanket, a 1-pound soldier Power Manager unit and "smart" cables to link the SPM with EOD equipment. Navy EOD technicians, a part of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, are a combat force that operate in any environment, all over the world, and are instrumental in clearing the way for further combat operations.
