William Glover is currently the N2C2 Operations Support director for the North American Aerospace Defense Command at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. On Sept. 11, 2001, he was an Air Force lieutenant colonel in charge of NORAD Air Defense Operations and was in the Cheyenne Mountain operations center on that day.
