Marines assigned to the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) make their way into Kuwait Naval Base after disembarking a landing craft air cushion (LCAC) from USS Bonhomme Richard (BHR). The LCAC is part of Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 5 Det B, attached to the BHR Expeditionary Strike Group (BHRESG). Marines assigned to 3rd Battalion 1st Marines are attached to the 13th MEU and recently offloaded from BHRESG.
