Two men were located on this debris from their fishing boat Wednesday morning in Pamlico Sound, North Carolina, July 18, 2018. The two men were shrimping aboard their 35-foot fishing boat, Mad Lady II, when a storm capsized their boat. U.S. Coast Guard photo.
