Admiral Kurt W. Tidd, commander of the US Southern Command, presided over the Joint Task Force-Bravo change of command ceremony at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras where Col. Keith McKinley relinquished command to to Col. Kevin Russell July 17, 2018. During the ceremony, Admiral Tidd highlighted some of Col. McKinley’s most important accomplishments and the significance of JTF-Bravo in the region, while also welcoming Col. Russell to the SOUTHCOM family.
