Lt. Gen. Aundre F. Piggee, the Deputy Chief of Staff Department of the Army G-4, presents Cheryl Bourne, the Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist for 21st Theater Sustainment Command, the Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff G4 Intermediate Logistics Management Specialist Certificate Program during an award ceremony on July 25, 2018 at Panzer Kaserne, Germany.
Bourne is the first recipient in Europe of the award, and Lt. Gen. Piggee commented that he was honored to be able to present Bourne with the award.
