Colonel Sekou Karega, out-going commanding officer, has been handed the base colors and is about to relinquish command to Col. Craig Clemans, incoming base commander, during the change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., July 19. When giving his acceptance speech, Clemans made it a point that he and all personnel are tenants of the base and will support the installation as needed.
