Lt. Cmdr. Sara Wallace presents Dorothy Wilkinson a Meritorious Public Service Award at the Ocean City Life Saving Station, Sept. 16. Wilkinson's husband was recognized posthumously for his book "American Coastal Rescue Craft: A design history of coastal rescue craft used by the United States Life Saving Service and The United States Coast Guard."
