The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Terrapin, an 87-foot patrol boat homeported in Bellingham, stand by to enforce a security zone during the 69th Annual Seafair Parade of Ships in Elliot Bay, Wash., July 31, 2018.

The view of the cutter was captured from inside a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium from Coast Guard Station Seattle, whose crew also conducted security zone enforcement.
