Private 1st Class Barzbaitus and Private Laskys of the Lithuanian Army stationed at Brig. Gen. Kazio Veverskis Training Grounds, Kazlu Ruda, Lithuania document the amount of fuel the fleet of bulldozers is using by the Pennsylvania Air National Guard 201st RED HORSE Squadrion while constructing an air-to-ground training range Aug. 21, 2018. When the range is completed, it will be used not only by Lithuanian and American military forces, but also by other NATO partners around the world.
