KABUL, Afghanistan (Sept. 8, 2018) -- U.S. Army Major General Robin Fontes, commanding general of Combined Security Transition Command--Afghanistan (CSTC-A) speaks during the ribbon cutting ceremony for CSTC-A's new headquarters Sept. 8.
