Capt. Donald F. Lerow, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command/U.S. 5th Fleet Force chaplain, reads the invocation for a dedication ceremony at the Lieutenant Kylan Jones-Huffman Memorial Library. The base library was dedicated to Jones-Huffman, who was killed in Hillah, Iraq, August 21, 2003. He is the only Naval Forces Central Command staff member to be killed in Iraq.
