NEWPORT, R.I. (Sept. 11, 2018) Two chief petty officer selects, Religious Programs Specialist 1st Class Michael Robart, assigned to The Chapel of Hope at Naval Station Newport; and Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Joseph Stanco, assigned to the Naval Academy Preparatory School, lay a wreath at the U.S. Naval War College’s (NWC) ceremony to commemorate the 17th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. The ceremony served as an opportunity to pay tribute to all those who lost their lives and honor the fallen NWC students and alumni killed in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
