(September 14, 2018) Alan Stout, a Milton, Florida native, has served his country for more than 32 years, and works as a personnel qualifications standard (PQS) manager, operating out of the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola Corry Station, Florida. For the past 12 years, he has served as a government employee. Prior to this, he proudly and honorably served in the U.S. Navy for over 20 years as a cryptologic technician (technical), retiring at the rank of chief petty officer.
