Representatives of 28 countries take part in tours of the Grafenwoehr training facilities, a static display of the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) and a live-fire demonstration of the XM1296 Stryker Infantry Carrier Vehicle-Dragoon (ICV-D), both of which the U.S. Army recently fielded to units in Europe, at the 7th Army Training Command's Grafenwoehr Training Area, Sept. 19, 2018. The 2-day visit fullfils the U.S. Army Europe's commitment to provisions of the Vienna Document 2011, which require hosting a visit to a military facility once every five years and demonstrating new types of major weapon and equipment systems within one year of deployment to Europe.
