VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Aviation Electronics Technician Kevin Ising, from St. Louis, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) aircraft intermediate maintenance department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
