PORT HUENEME, Calif.—NSWC PHD Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program summer interns took first place at the Powerful Engagement and Learning In Naval Engineering and Science (PIPELINES) Design Challenge, Aug. 3. The challenge was hosted by Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, in collaboration with PIPELINES partner, the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), and held at the Seabee Museum aboard NBVC.
