Conn. (Sept. 27, 2018) Sailors assigned to the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Minnesota (SSN-783) discuss catheter insertion techniques with Becky Gleason, instructor at Hartford Hospital, Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation during a training event at the hospital, Sept. 27. The training helped the Sailors build on their skill level and tested their knowledge on circumstances that they may encounter in the fleet using real-life medical scenarios and skill labs in a state-of-the art medical training facility.
