Chief Warrant Officer 4 Rosemary Masters was promoted to the rank of chief warrant officer 5 during a ceremony Oct. 14 at the Oklahoma City Regional Training Institute. Master made history when she became the first female in the Oklahoma Army National Guard to be promoted to the rank of chief warrant officer 5.
