Capt. Alexander Navarro and Staff Sgt. Leah Armstrong form the Air Force Legal Operations Agency Area Defense Counsel of Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Navarro commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps and has legal experience outside the military. Armstrong cross-trained from security forces and obtained her bachelor's degree in criminal justice.
