ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 17, 2018) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the “Chargers” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26, approaches the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24) during the Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 4 composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX). COMPTUEX is the final pre-deployment exercise that certifies the combined Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit’s (MEU) abilities to conduct military operations at sea and project power ashore through joint planning and execution of challenging and realistic training scenarios. CSG-4 mentors, trains and assesses East Coast units preparing for future deployments. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Brandon Parker/Released)
