NMCB 1, detachment Guam, assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, is correlating with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the Commonwealth Advocates for Recovery Efforts, CNMI and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in rebuilding roofs for homes during disaster relief operations in Rota, Tinian and Saipan after Typhoon Mangkhut hit in early September.
