Baldan, a native of Nashville, Tennessee, is a data system administrator with Alpha Tactical Networking Platoon, Alpha Company, 7th Communication Battalion. The communications exercise was conducted to test their capabilities in providing communication services in field environments as well as train in jungle warfare tactics.
