U.S. Sailors assigned to Naval Beach Unit 7, attached to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, drive a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck off of a U.S. Navy Landing Craft Utility to participate in relief operations on Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Nov. 8, 2018. Task Force-West was stood up by the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and is responding to the devastation caused by Super Typhoon Yutu Oct. 24 and comprises more than 800 active duty, Reserve and Guard service members from more than 20 different units across all branches of services.
