Oxnard, Calif., native Sgt. Luis Leon, 25, a section chief with 1st Platoon, Battery B, 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, patrols the streets south of the "Fish Market" of the Rabi neighborhood of Baghdad's Adhamiyah District June 28. Constant foot patrols are the normal for paratroopers in Adhamiyah who are using interaction with the residents to counter insurgents and terrorists determined to plunge Baghdad into chaos.
