Norfolk, Va. (Nov. 16, 2018) Lt. Jaqueline Nedd-Griffith, the supply officer aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72), and retired Capt. Constantine Xefteris, the first commanding officer of the Vella Gulf, cut a cake to commemorate 25 years since the ship’s commissioning.
